Kite de Santiago (2025)

Kite de Santiago (2025)

Material:
golden/silver plastic paper(sponsored by @49closvoltaire ),
wooden sticks unassembled from Japanese-style curtain (sponsored by @headspaceandcomm mess corner),
@aldi_suisse shopping bag,
Pencil, Yarn.

Me and my friend were hiking in the mountains.
When we saw the vultures, we thought about kites.
Then I decided to make one, and it would be with me along my Camino.
Every time I stopped walking, I would fly it to attract my potential THE ONE.

This mission partially failed,
but I attracted a nice French uncle, who was impatient about me keeping trying in front of his meal with sea view,
and then decided to teach me some childhood knowledge—putting sand in the Aldi shopping bag to make the tail heavier.

Yes, it’s really a Camino kite,
since it stayed in my backpack for the whole trail and successfully flew in front of the Santiago church.

Avocado Hot Spring (2025)
Ceramic

Avocado Hot Spring started with the plastic waste from my last project and four avocado seeds that just came back to life.
They all needed a place to stay.
My plastic scraps happened to resemble a little hot tub.
So I made a ceramic stand, turning it into a hot spring for the avocado seeds.
Then the plastic waste can be not-so-wastey for a while.

Edible pooo (2024)

Edible pooo (2024)
Installation object

Edible poo was part of the scenography design by Master Space and Communication Students
during the @gross_encounters & @black_movie event at Dukat.
We transformed the exhibition space into a monster with a brain, heart, spine
—and of course, an asshole
and a piece of poo-poo that could be eaten (nut-chocolate flavored).
